As this year ends and a new year begins, we all begin to think of what we want to accomplish in the new year. We begin to make New Year’s resolutions and try our best to stick with them. Sometimes we resolve to accomplish the same things each year: lose weight, self-improvement, quit smoking, better financial decisions, the list goes on. Unfortunately, it is estimated about 50% of persons fail their resolutions after 3 months and 60% after 6 months. That’s because it’s easy to set objectives but difficult to achieve them.
